I have a 2004 arcade legends with a cga monitor and main PC is acting up so installed a pi3 with vga666. I am using a 15khz image and I cannot get v hold to stay it scrolls and if get it set it eventually starts to move vertically I have the rgb solder to a VGA connector and one ground and horizontal soldered in. Any suggestions or help appreciated

I'm going to say... not enough information. The CGA video standard lists both H-sync and V-sync on separate pins. IS your monitor actually a CGA monitor, or did you mean it's a 15kHz-capable monitor of some sort, and if so, what sort? Does it take Composite-sync? Is the Pi outputting composite sync?
