Title: Hantarex Polo 21 - white dots - RESOLVED

I have a crt hantarex polo 21 with white dots in the screen.

Someone can help me or where to start checking?

check r240 and make sure the chassis earth screw on the top part of the frame is in place near the power socket

I resolved and I apologize...I attached VGA output edited cable in to board and the video was ok.
The problem was in the gbs-8100 VGA to CGA converter.
