I'm trying to fix my brother's Ms. Pac-Man upright, and I'm having issues with the monitor. I just had the motherboard repaired, so I can play the game, but the attached is what the video looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm only here through Sunday.

Adjust your H-FREQ pot with a non conductive tool (do NOT use any metal tools you will blow stuff up)
If that doesn't work check the video connector on the monitor chassis. It should be from right to left:
7 pin header
Red
Green
Blue
Ground
Empty
Empty
3 pin header
empty (or ground)
Sync
Sync
Where the sync is the sync from the game board but looped so that it is on both pins of the header

Thanks for the quick response, man! I ordered a set of nonconductive tools and double checked the two headers. The headers are pinned properly, so that's good. I'll report back as soon as the tools come.

Adjusting the H Freq did it! It was ever so slightly out of sync. Thank you so much!
