Title: Windows XP Support For A Radeon HD 7450?

My card is not on the list.  I'm downgrading to XP because Hyper Spin doesn't work with Windows 10.  I wonder if I should go with Windows 7 if XP doesn't support my card?

Hyperspin is a downgrade itself.

I like AttractMode, myself.

And i would stick with Win10 if you can, as a lot of emulators are still in development :)

I like emulationstation and w7x64.

I can't talk about w10 but i concern automatic updates...i prefer to go with OS with no automatic updates in my cabinet, stability it's important for me.

Yeah that's true as well. If you're going to connect to the internets, automatic updates on Win10 will lead to problem once a year or so. It's not regular, but occasionally they break things. I keep my crt_emudriver config files handy and setting things up again normally takes about fifteen minutes.
