The monitor is a Goldstar 2105A. I was having problems with it where the picture would shut off after about 30-45 minutes of playing. It still had power but the image on the screen would just go away. After turning it off for a few hours it would work again for another 30-45 mins. Because I have no means of testing the caps I purchased a cap kit and proceeded to replace all the caps in the kit. I could tell some of the ones had already been replaced by a previous owner. However, somehow I seem to have made things worse as the monitor wont display anything now. It powers on just fine and I can hear a high-pitched whine but there is no display. I've been through all the information in the service manual and tested that I have 12v at B+ and only 400volts at G2 (should be 450v according to guide) but I'm kind of at a loss for what to do next. Anyone have any thoughts? I'm guessing this isn't a cap issue as I replaced every single one of them but I suppose I could have messed something up there. I did take everything back apart for troubleshooting and this time I didn't get a spark or sound when discharging the CRT at all. Could this mean the CRT itself may have died? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

the chassis would not power up with b+ at 12v, means you are reading at the wrong place or readings it incorrectly
if you turn up the screen volts on the flyback do you get a raster, do you get static on screen, do you get tube heaters, do you get a flash from the screen when you power off
400v at g2 is probably ok
