Title: ARG NOOO!!! Kortek board still screwed, blowing fuses :(

The fuse that blew is a 1.5v fuse, it's the 2nd one from the top, It blew as soon as I plugged the machine into the wall, I'll get pics later.
Man this thing is becoming more trouble than it's worth :(

This sounds like a definite ken layton moment, but look for randy fromm's troubleshooting guide for your monitor and it will walk you through possible symptoms causing the blown fuse and things to check.

Sounds like a shorted horiz out transistor. Yes it's a good idea to check the troubleshooting flow charts over at Randy Fromm's site.
