I'm planning a small MAME project that will have three interchangeable control panels for different kinds of games. I'm looking for a simple way to attach and detach them to swap them out. Any thoughts?

Velcro, magnets or friction depending on how the panels will 'sit' in the cab. I use friction on my Blip cab and the panel doesn't move during gameplay but it does drop into place so you have to lift it out to change it.

I use metal dowels with hard drive magnets to keep them from moving.
It is a bit more involved removing them.

Hey Mark, I remember your Invaders CP coming forward a bit when I played on it the other week... maybe I was too rough on it tho :blah: :laugh2:

True - that one does move a bit. It's not swappable- I was just too lazy to fix it until u had a working stick in it! Loving the suzo in it though.

Good job :) Glad you're getting on with it!

I like the idea of magnets. . .
