Title: Is it Brilliant or the Dumbest Thing Ever?

Would there be a way to use something like MameHooker to show both a marquee and a control panel illustration on the same screen.  I know it could be done if you want to manually merge the 2 into 1 file then display it, but that's a lot of files.  Could any of those type programs display 2 images at once? (or even alternate them)

Mamehooker can easily.  Read the online tutorials.
