Title: epsxe graphics plugin

Hi I've epsxe running in my cab on an arcade monitor with arcadevga. Just wondering what the best gpu plugin to use is. Thanks for your help

Pete's are the best. Current version is 1.75. The Arcade VGA is basically a Radeon so his D3D plug will probably do you best. If you dont have 1.75 they are here:

That's a common misconception..... ati cards have great d3d support, but they create a richer, more detailed, render if you use opengl.

No misconception...my bad, I should have been more clear. I was speaking specifically about the combination of this plugin and a Radeon (more specifically MY 7500...from my own experience, of course). I've simply found the D3D plugin to be more stable with fewer graphic glitches and higher compatibility. Again, my experience...

But you are right about the "common misconception" thing. I've heard that before, and it may have been true for early drivers, but I've never found that to be the case and all things being equal I always choose Opengl.

Once again, I have to recommend Pete's D3D. Your mileage may vary.
