Title: MAME - Disable Save State text?
Post by: esoteric_rt on January 31, 2017, 06:58:18 pm
I am using the auto-save state option in order to save high scores

Is it possible to disable the text that flashes up each time a rom is loaded?

'Save state loaded' (or similar)

It would just make for a cleaner loading of each games for my cabinet.

Thanks!

Do you mean using Hiscore.dat?

I'm using a version of MAME which does include that function but it wont save the scores....

Pac-Man, Ms Pacman etc

Thanks, it would be great to get a compiled version for you if possible.

Any chance of a 32bit (x86) version also? (that's what my cabinet is running on)

 :)
