Title: Working Lightgun Games?

I'm thinking about getting an AimTrak, but I'm curious how many games actually work before I jump on it.  I know that Area 51 does, and so fa that's the only one I've got.  That and Police Trainer were the ones I played the crap out of way back when, but PT doesn't seem to work.  It's asking me for another ROM or CHD file and I've got what everyone says is the parent installed.  Are a lot of these games not working on MAME? Any tricks to get PT and others working?

Which version of Mame are you running and are you using the matching rom Set?

PT worked for me up to 2 versions ago but not sure why it wont run for me now.

But I can still play point blank, one shot, lethal enforcers, alien, carnevil and loads of others i cant remember the names of at this moment!

Time crisis is playable with some tweaking on a fast machine but its one greedy ass resource hog!!

I also play American laser games and Sega M2 games with my Aim   Traks.

I think you can also run the PC versions of House of the Dead 2 and 3.

Others of the top of my head that I've not tried are

Time Crisis 1
Turkey Shoot
Crossbow
The Exidy ones (Crossbow, Chiller, Cheyenne etc.)

A but of work to setup, but guns are a great addition to an arcade. I bought my aimtraks and holsters from Andy at Ultimarc and my next project will be installing the recoil kit.

Lots of games and lots of fun.

I'm using SDLMame, about 1 version ago as the most recent wants OSX 10.11 and I'm not ready to upgrade :( I've got like every version I can find in there, still nothing :(
