Hey guys anyone play the Indie game He Man? its 4 players and runs on a PC/Mac etc. I am just having problems when I try to select full screen within the game, it crashes every time.
Anyone else get this working in or out of Hyperspin?

Nope. How about a link to the game? Maybe we can help you then.

Howard, nice to hear from you....you've been very helpful to me in the past. Here is the link to the game which looks awesome if you are old enough to remember this from your childhood. The game has in game settings that you can set the game resolution. I tried them all but it seems to crash when i select fullscreen instead of windowed. The default is windowed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Actually disregard Howard, I did a little more digging and I found out that the problem is with the openGL drivers on certain machines it works and other not. Mine not. But the solution was using an older exe.
Thanks anyways!

Man that's pretty cool. It looks like the stock animation used in the series.

Agreed. That is a pretty cool project. Characters are a bit big, but it looks like it hits the theme spot on.

The background soundtrack is amazing as well! So nostalgic.

Bump! Experiencing the same issue, can you link to the older exe you used to fix this?
Thanks

Hey the file is already in the folder you have. Follow these instructions from the developer:
"You can download game again to get new version, in this release video playback is available so you can see intro from cartoon, if for some reason openbor.exe is giving you problems then use oldopenbor.exe which doesn support video playback but works fine , before doing so you have to delete saves folder.
There you have it, just open the oldopenbor but make sure to delete the saves folder.

Any luck?

This is awesome. Thanks for mentioning this. Any other good OpenBOR games that are as good as this that anyone knows of?

I love MOTU but I thought this a bit crap. Hit detection is bad, nothing has weight, and it looks cobbled together. That said the main character animations are lovely and right out of the show but I would've preferred a better game.

Yes works full screen however upside down for me (long story, my screen is mounted upside down). Interested to find out how OpenBOR manages video as everything on my cabinet works fine with the standard windows screen rotation set.
