Title: NBA JAM Control Panel Template

Hello to everyone.  I am looking for a template if anyone has one, for NBA JAM 4 Player Control Panel.  I am requiring the woodwork dimensions as well as button positioning if anyone has one available to email through.  It would be appreciated as i am buying a machine less the control panel.

I don't have a template but I do have an NBA JAM machine.
