sure
its a basic program that will run a html web page full screen and you can use it on win 98,win 98se, win 2000(i think), and xp (both home and pro) ive created a html page with it that has a no right click functon so it doesnt look like a webpage and an admin page (you can change the password for it and all) at the minute im still wrkin on it but email me if u want it and ill have it sent to u by email when i have it finished which will be soon. and u can turn off you computer with it aswell :)
