Title: Supermodel (latest version/progress?)
Post by: matsadona on January 08, 2015, 03:18:39 pm
Hi all

Since the Supermodel seems to be down I try to get some info here.

Is it still developed/maintained? The webpage sure isn't...

Is 0.3a R271 the latest available release?

Anyone having a good Star Wars setup without color issues?

Is this some kind of "no-no" question or is Supermodel, and the interest about it, just dead in the water?

of course it is, why would it not be, forum is down temporarily.

star wars works perfect for me, plenty of videos of people playing it on supermodel without any colour issues.

The only issue I'm aware of is the one that causes the light sabers to not light up.
I forget how the same issue manifests itself elsewhere, but it's minor.
I've only played it on the last official release (.2a), so I don't know if a newer SVN version might have other issues.

Last SVN release is v.271

(site is back up btw)
EDIT: site is up, but forum is still down

Yes, I was refering to black light sabers and also the crosshair at the Endor level. Had som issues with black parts of the forest/trees as well.
Isn't this common for everyone, or is there any relation to gfx hardware or drivers?
