Title: Upgrading Mame from 0.147 to 0.147u4

Hi all

I have mame 0.147 and I find that NBA Jam does not work and I found that this has been fixed in an update 0.147u4.  What is involved in upgrading to this?  Can someone please help!

You have to compile/ roll your own for the "u" updates.  Or, scour the dark side of the internet.

use the mame version 0.148 executable instead of 0.147
the releases are not too far apart so your older config files etc shouldnt cause any problems
