Title: Aimtrak automatic joysticks

does anyone know how to make aimtrak use joysticks instead of mouse for certain games only? and it happens automatically, this is for running wii game in 2 player as you have to use joysticks, all the other games would have to run in mouse emulation mode.

also what are the disadvantages to using joysticks instead of mouse emulation, seems the mouse emulation is the default.
