Title: Hantarex Polo image problem
Post by: ze on September 15, 2014, 08:55:03 pm
Hi!

My hantarex polo (with new cap kit) developed two issues : the image does not fill the entire screen(horizontal). Have already tried the horizontal coil and pot on remote control but the with is at max but it's shirt by 2cm each side. Another issue is a kind of horizontal lines interference running through the screen. I'll try to post an image asap

Any ideias?

was it ok before you did the cap kit?

horizontal lines could be flyback lines due to screen volts being too high

picture not filling screen but all controls function could be down to the b+ set incorrectly

b+ on european spec polo chassis is 145vdc- i do not know if the u.s spec chassis have a difference

Hey there,

Check your B+ is set to the right amount.

As for the lines do you have it in test mode? check the neck board for VIDEO test jumper.

Also you can change the value of one of the ceramic caps to increase / decrease the size of the screen bob Roberts has a page on this.

:)
