Title: What type of vinyl is on the side of arcade machines
Post by: MamedInCanada on June 11, 2014, 01:39:02 am
I have used a little sign vinyl before its shinny, glossy, and smooth. I think it would be to shinny for a machine.

On my machines, the vinyl on the side is flat and a little bit of a rougher texture. I removed some a Neo Geo machine and also noticed it was thicker?

Would I be asking for a "matte" black? or blue? Would this be correct?

I like to buy a roll, anyone know where to get?

Thanks

Assuming you aren't looking for printable media (or adding other sideart), This Old Game sells 36" wide vinyl by the foot here (http://www.thisoldgame.com/products/36-matt-black-vinyl).
