Title: Anyone here try a NEC 3PG?
Post by: crashwg on December 04, 2003, 06:56:52 pm
I have an oportunity to get one for under $100 and I've heard that they work well for arcade monitors.
I don't know much about monitors so I have a few questions.
Will this monitor work at 15hz (is it 15hz? i don't know)?
How would I go about hooking it up?
Do I need a special card, like that arcade video card i've seen on the boards so many times?
Any other information that might be relevant would be appreciated too.

The beauty of these NEC multisyncs is that you don't need a d*mn thing to run them (:
They work with every  game I have thrown at them.  Even Asteroids has the slow trailing of phosphers(I think that's what you guys call it) just like the original game!!!!

You won't regret it!!!
