Title: Question about GroovyMAME and Windows 7
Post by: bulbousbeard on April 22, 2014, 06:33:39 am
Will the Windows 7 crtemudriver work with an X600 ATI video card? If so, can I get the beta version of it to test it?

Hi bulbousbeard,

No, unfortunately it won't work. The W7 driver only works for HD 2xxx, 3xxx and 4xxx cards (those that support DX10). PM me for the beta version of the driver, no problem.

Hi Calamity!

I guess only HD 4x000 will suport low clock dots, is that true?

Yes, they do. I haven't tested any HD 2xxx nor HD 3xxx, so I don't know if the issue with low dotclocks persists.
