I'm just looking for some general feedback on my 4 player CPO. I designed the layout in photoshop to have a darker TMNT theme. I have printed the layout to actual size at a local printer and found that the setup is good for the kids and I with hand placement. Just not sure on the overall theme layout. All the push buttons on the panel are led colors, the 6 six buttons for each player will match each turtle.
The main admin buttons up top are for my Hyperspin setup and the ones I found that I use the most.
The trackball buttons are setup for Goldentee specifically.

1) you don't need 6 buttons for players 3 + 4 for MAME.
2) straighten out the joysticks at positions 3 + 4 so that they are parallel to the screen, not angled like you have it.
I do like the artwork, though.

Will you be using a 4-slot coin door? (many 4-player games like TMNT assign player credits based on the coin slot used)
Any reason you have up/down/left/right admin buttons instead of using P1 joystick?
Are you sure about that start button? (many front-ends can use P1 Button 1 as start)
How often do you use the reset button?
Do you also want a pause button?
Consider increasing the space between your admin buttons and putting all the button labels either above or below instead of alternating.
Will you be animating your LEDs with an LED controller (light the buttons used for the selected game) or wiring them as always-on?

Make the turtles bigger. Much bigger. They're going to be hidden by the buttons in that layout and you'll be left with just mostly that parchment background. You don't need an "up" and "down" admin button - use the P1 joy like everyone else. Deangle your joys and lose the extra buttons on P3&4 as mentioned.

Admin buttons:
If you plan on having exit and reset buttons, I'd move them away from the other buttons. You don't want to hit them by accident in the middle of a game when you mean to press a different button.
Also, why the up, down, left and right buttons?
Artwork:
Font and background are nice. So is the character art, but obscuring faces and/or hands is generally a bad idea when it comes to figures. At the very least, I would move Raph up a bit, so his chin isn't covered by a button. But I'd also try to reposition Michelangelo and Leonardo as well, to try to avoid covering their hands by joysticks.
I also recommend incorporating some sort of border or shaded area around the button and joystick areas. This helps tie the controls into the underlying artwork, as opposed to having them look like they are "floating" above it.
Overall, it's a good start, but with tweaking it could be quite stellar.

I like that 1 button is Donatello's groin and 2 are Mikey's nipples
