Title: Kade Encoder software won't start. (SOLVED)

I got my Kade Encoder all wired yesterday and downloaded the software to program my control panel.  My main problem is the software won't load for me so that I can encode my control panel.  When I download the software I am getting the most recent software version that is 1.0.9.2. 

My first problem is when the software install is completed.  I receive the following errors:
Error creating shortcut:  C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Start Menu\Programs\Kade Loader\Kade Loader.lnk

Error creating shortcut:  C:\Documents and Settings\My Name\Start Menu\Programs\Kade Loader\Uninstall.lnk

After the installation is complete I check the Start Kade Software box and the software won't load.  And of course by the shortcut errors I don't need to tell you that the program software won't load from either the icon shortcut or the actual icon in the program folder.

I am running the following specs:
Intel Core 2 CPU
6300 @ 1.86 GHz
3.21 GB of Ram
Windows XP Professional
Service Pack Three.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have also ran the program as an administrator so that isn't a problem.

Also when I start the software from the short cut I get the following error:
C:\Program Files\Kade Loader\loader.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.  Reinstalling the software may fix this problem.

Found my solution on the Kade Encoder Forum here. (http://kadevice.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=1105)  The solution was offered up from Jon from Kade.  All I had to do was install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package and everything was happy.
