Title: Any modern brawlers on PC I could play in an arcade cabinet?

I tried Shank 2, but its control set doesn't lend well to a control panel.  Looking for some side scrolling action.

On the Steam games thread, I've been updating the first post as I've tested various games.

Not a lot out there for the brawler genre.  I had high hopes for "The Asskickers", but it sucks pretty bad.
Arson and Plunder is ok, basically a cell phone game though.

Streets of Rage Remake is good if you can find it.  (Sega had it taken down)

I'm aware of OpenBOR (Beats of Rage), but haven't tried it.
It's a beat 'em up engine that allows people to make their own games.
A lot of the games include sprites taken from arcade fighting games.

I'd like to see a brand spanking new side scroller with modern graphics.
