Title: Sideart feedback requested
Post by: stigzler on June 13, 2013, 04:21:36 pm
Loving the artwork side of cab building!

Knocked up something in inkscape for signoff to vinyl printers - nerve wracking the final signoff though!! Would welcome feedback.

- With/without logos
- Logo placement etc... randomness, size, tilt logos or not etc...

Would appreciate any feedback.

I'm a fan of it without the logos.

Agreed.  The version without logos looks more unified.

Consider bringing the lower section up a bit and adding some small element(s) to bridge the gulf between the 3 bands.

Thanks fellas. I think you're right. As much as I love those logos, they just don't tie into the cab... hey ho next cab maybe....

Can't put anything between top and middle band, because speakers going in there.

Hmmm... now what to put in that space between the bottom and middle band.. That's a tough one...

I was picturing something like this, but done in the style of the current art instead of my MS Paint.   :puke

White circle represents the speaker.

Thank you Chopper, but I'm sorry: I don't speak jive.
