Title: Thumper Bumper Rebuilds?
Post by: Toadie on May 27, 2013, 09:46:26 pm
Machine is working great but my three thumper bumpers don't seem to trigger like I thought they would.  I took one apart today, cleaned it up, and it's working better but same thing really.  It's almost like my ball isn't heavy enough or there isn't really enough force pressing down on the trigger.  Any ideas on how to make them more sensitive?

Updating this old thread.

Always be sure the spoon switch is clean and properly adjusted. If the switch contacts are too far apart, the bumper won't be sensitive enough and seem weak/sluggish. Use a leaf switch adjuster to adjust it.
