Title: Does soldering an Aim Trak need any special tools ?
Post by: mike boss on May 27, 2013, 03:39:19 pm
I need to get around to getting my Aim Trak's put together and installed in a pair of GunCon 1's.
I've got the 30awg wire to solder the extra button.
When I pulled out the boards I was scared at how small they are.
I'm rather nervous that I'll burn something or mess something up.
A buddy of mine asked me if they are "micro boards" to which I have no idea.
So I thought I'd ask.

Any special tools needed in getting these soldered and finally installing them ?

Thanks all

The smaller the spot, the smaller the tip.
