Title: Marble Madness AI File Issue/Photoshop wont open full doc

I'm trying to get the Marble Madness text off the marquee image found @ http://vectorlib.free.fr/ (http://vectorlib.free.fr/) .
When I try to open the file in Photoshop it wont open the full image, part gets cut off.
Can anyone tell me why this could be happening, or what I could do to fix it ?
Or even attach the Marble Madness text ?

You can see on the left the screen I get when trying to open the image, and on the right the part of the file that opens.

Downloaded the marquee and it opened just fine in Inkscape.

D/L again or use this (http://arcadeartlibrary.com/arcade_art/details.php?image_id=1104) copy.

Attached ZIP file has the text and shadow in Inkscape SVG and PDF formats.
