Title: Weird Lightning-Type Static

I'm brand new to owning an arcade.  I bought one today and got it home and noticed a weird static type behavior that occurs with the monitor.  It is a Ms. Pacman/Galaga Namco 20-year reunion.  I didn't notice this issue when i bought it.  However, it seems to start and get progressively worse.  Resetting the power seems to clear the behavior for awhile.  Sometimes you can hear a static type noise with the monitor when it occurs.   Could this be a grounding issue?  If not... what else?  Any suggestions on a fix?

Hard to say.....  If you got it from a local dealer, call 'em.
