I have a few questions:
-What tools do I need to cut the sides of the cabinet? (I am worried that both sides won't be symmetrical, and I can't figure out what I need,
-How I would go about cutting the sides of the cabinet?
- What would be a good angle for the 30" Led tv to stand in?
- I am making a somewhat wide cabinet that will fit a 30" led monitor, does anyone have plans or diagrams of how to brace the cab to hold the weight?

The most common method is to use a pattern or flush trim bit in your router to make 2 sides that match up perfectly. Of course you still have to hand cut the first side using a circular saw for the straight cuts and a jigsaw for the curves or inside corners. After you match the second side you can keep them clamped and sand both pieces together.
Check out the picture in my signature for a Terminus inspired cab. That thread will link to the original build. It uses a 28" but you could widen a tiny bit and fit a 30" tv in there. Are you sure it is 30"? 32" is a more standard size.

Exactly that. You've got to clamp your two sides together and sand them .
I advise you to check the parallelism of the edges of your sides with a tri-square just after clamping to make sure they will be perfectly identical

Edit: Should I cut both sides at once with the jigsaw? Or cut them 1 at a time, then put them together to be sanded? Thanks.

Using a jigsaw to cut both at the same time is not a good idea.
Too much chance of the blade bending/flexing and you end up with edges that aren't perpindicular to the surface and pieces that are slightly different sizes. :angry:
Which of the following tools do you already own, can borrow from a friend, or are willing to buy?
Circular saw - Used for the long straight cuts.
Jigsaw - Used to make the curved cuts that go from one circular saw straight cut to another and to trim close to the outline of the first side (before finishing it with the router) when making the second side.
Router (pref. full-size, not an el-cheapo laminate trim model) - Used to square up the edges on the first side (especially the jigsaw cuts) and finish the second side with a flush trim bit.

This and a drill. These four tools will allow you to make the most accurate machine you can until you pushing deeper into the rabbit hole.
