Title: NEED ARCADE TECH IN FOR JOB IN NYC AREA!

HeLLO guys! I am looking to hire an arcade tech in the new york city area (Bronx, Ny)to come to my home to help me fix a midway 4 player nba jam arcade game I had taken apart. I had to take apart the machine in order to fit it through my door but now its all reassembled cabinet and all, yet the monitor turns on and shows nothing but swiggly lines. Dudly33,

You probably don't need a tech to come and fix it.  Check all the connections again, make sure they are connected correctly.  Make sure all the ICs (Integrated Circuits or Micro Chips) are seated nicely.  Also check your wiring harness where it connects to the boards.

If you take pics maybe someone here can figure it out for you.
Just focus your pics on the connections.
