After not doing anything with my MAME cabinet for a while I wanted to play it only to have the PC keep giving me crap so while I figure out what I want to replace it with I thought I'd finally get some side art on it.
I'm thinking either have some custom art done to go with my custom marquee or simply doing something like Mortal Kombat on one side and Street Fighter on the other.
Who do you guys normally use for this without breaking the bank?

Well I've only used one person in this forum: Snaake
This is his thread for artwork

Prices are very reasonable and communicates back quickly. He's done the artwork for my cocktail arcade, 2 player control panel and a couple of fight sticks.

If cost is a big part of the equation, and you just need printing, consider Souldraw. A quick forum search will land you several reviews.
Jammin0 used them for his Ninja Monkeys build.
Their adhesive isn't as strong as the higher priced places using 3M vinyl, but you can work around that by installing the t-molding so it covers the edge of the vinyl like Rikitiki shows in his Side Art Install 101 videos.

Did I go to the right site for SoulDraw? What I saw was a horrible site with no important info.

Not the easiest site to navigate, but clicking on "Banner Sign" at the top, then "Vinyl Sticker (Black Adhesive)" on the right lands you here (http://www.souldraw.com/vinyl-sticker-black-adhesive.html). I think this is the material that Jammin0 described using.
