I placed an order about a week ago and still have yet to hear back from Steve. Is he on vacation?

You may not hear from him until your order ship email comes... communication is not their strong suit.

That right there is the reason that i'll go with souldraw over game on grafix.

Lack of communication is a killer for me.

Yeah, as you can tell from my 1 (now 2  posts) I am new to this. I am about 80% finished with my first MAME cabinet, everything is 100% functional, just need to finish up the artwork and such. Here's hoping I hear back in the somewhat near future.
