Title: Robotron right joystick config in Games Family system - Help

In a Games Family xxxx in one system, does anyone know how to configure Robotron to use the right joytsick to fire (instead of buttons)? I can get to the config menu, but setting the right joystick to fire is not clear at all.  Please help.
