Hi there,
I know there aren't many AFE users here - but their forums have been pretty quiet lately and I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
I've been using AFE for about 2 years and only recently have I noticed the following issue:
I have AFE set up to shutdown on exit (after entering a password) - however - if enter a submenu and try to quit - AFE quits to the OS and doesn't shut down.
The same thing happens if I enter a game, return to the menu, then try to quit.
Has anyone else had or have this problem? Has fixed it?
Let me know - I'd hate to switch FE especially after setting it all the way I like.
Be seeing you,
Wonderalex

I find that sometimes using the GUI to edit the feilds can sometimes not work.... WHAT VERSION ARE YOU USING?? If its LESS then 0.2 then you have to enable that Shutdown on Exit settings on all screens.
with AtomicFe 0.20, you can easily access global settings, by pressing the Project Properties button.
Also check the INI's!!! I dont have mine infront of me but each screen has an INI that you have to make sure is set to shutdown OS on exit

Yup it's .20 and I know about the global setting (it's set, and has been set for a long time).
I'll have to check the INIs for each screen - my previous AFE layout had only one screen (that's why i never saw the issue before) this new setup has nested menus and multiple layouts/screens.
The game's afoot!
