Yep, that's right, for 30$ you get 2 brake drums, a light switch, a rusty saw blade, no motor, and stand that looks like parts from a swingset and a bedframe.
Plus, "It cuts sloppy" according to the post. ::)

This thing has my red-neck father in law written all over it. I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't his shed. He has been using brake drums to rig an overhead belt so he can run his 100yr old grinder and trip hammer off the same line. Almost killed myself using that trip hammer this past Thanksgiving trying making a knife. I guarantee that if he saw this he'd get it.
