Title: VGA 2 Scart cable UK based?

Are there any UK based members or any sites that can make me a VGA to Scart cable for Mame? I'm using an ATI X600 card so I believe the cable doesn't need to draw power from my actual PC as Ive read that ATI cards get power from Pin 9 also I need to get the audio from the Scart plug aswell. Can anyone help?

if you could source the parts it's not really hard to build one. (living in NA ive never built one, but it looks pretty easy)
