I want to output component (red/green/blue/white/red) signal to an SDTV from a computer for my next cab- would this videocard do that for me? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150579 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150579)

Doesn't look like it. Most of them specifically say whether they do s-video AND composite out. Newegg doesn't seem to carry many composite out capable cards any more. There's only about 7 of them if you search using the advanced search (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007709+600026340&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&IsNodeId=1&Subcategory=48&description=&hisInDesc=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&AdvancedSearch=1&srchInDesc=) and they are all pretty old tech. There may be a way to convert other signals to composite but i've honestly never tinkered with TV out.

OK, thanks. I find videocards very perplexing. I will continue to search for the right one!

Search "ati 9200" on eBay. I've used 2 of these and they both worked flawlessly. One was a 9200 LE and one was a 9200 SE. They both were both spares I had laying around.
