A friend and I are having trouble getting Marvel vs Capcom 2 to run at the proper speed in nullDC. The start up and everything is fine, but once you actually start fighting, it chugs pretty badly. I have looked at youtube videos about the proper plugins etc but it still doesnt work.
Im running a dual core 3.0 pentium, 1gig of ram, and a GeForce 9500 GT card that has 1gig of DDR2 memory on it.
Any ideas? All the MAME games run fine, but this one is the only one thats giving me trouble, and its the last aspect of the software thats preventing me from finishing my cab. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I thought i put more than 1 gig of ram in that system... did you make sure both dimms are seated fully after you replaced the psu?
I believe it's specifically a 3.0Ghz Pentium D chip, I think it's the 930.
Also it's running WinXP 64.

Yeah. That stuff too. No, its 1gig, when the power supply was failing, I resteated it cause we thought that was a problem. Its in there.

Don't quote me on this, but I was thinking that there was a special setting in the renderer just for the capcom fighters. You might want to check for it.

Newer versions are kind of experimental and have compatibility issues.

What's the best way to address the apparent lack of keyboard-based gamepad support?

Excellent.
I'll have to give that a try.

did you get your speed issue resolved? i half about half of your cpu specs and it runs perfect for me....
the only setting i have checked is "limit speed & sync audio" any other option i chose would cause it to run extremely fast or choppy sound.
toggle menu, go to options, rollover Aica, select limit speed & sync audio
-agian i have no other option selected and no special plugins.
it might help.
