Title: Monitor - Any idea on what could cause this? Bad caps?

I have this 2000 remake of Ms. Pacman and Galaga. As you can see on the picture, the screen is streched on a side and squeezed on the other.

Do you think this is only bad caps? It's made in 2000 and I think it has been used a lot because the pacman maze is burned on the screen (but I'm not gonna bother with that now...).

So any idea on what could cause that strech?

Any info would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!

I don't know right now. Ho it's such a shame... I'll be able to know that only on Tuesday. Hopefully that info will help us.
