Title: EEPROM burning.

I was wondering if anyone could help me fix a bad EEPROM I have in my UMK3 machine.

 Steph is the best and very affordable. Ive bought dozens of roms from them.  When you get that one replaced, do yourself and a favor and order the Juggernaut Hack for UMK3 at the same time.
