I got my cabinet with a hantarex 25" monitor and I want to set up a pc for it.

Are you European?  The reason I ask is that MAMEWAH seems to have a problem with some regional settings...this can cause what you describe.

Go into Control Panel > Regional & Language Settings and try setting your Decimal Symbol to '.' and your Language setting to 'English'.

This is a problem I keep meaning to fix but haven't got round to it yet :(  Let me know if this is not the problem...
