You just need to degauss, that's all.
-
how do you do that?
-
With that monitor, I think if you power it off for ~20 minutes, and turn it back on, it should do it automatically...
-
I tried that same thing even if I rotate it 360 it does the same the only way its good is in the horizontal but I got a 60 in 1 board that calls for it to be in the vertical very strange
-
You have unshielded speakers nearby?
-
yes I pulled the speaker right out I even pulled the monitor out of the cab and it still does it
-
you should have a degausing coil on the tube, it looks like a thick white cable just tied up around the tube, make sure that is connected to something, if it is disconnected take pictures

here are some pic

borrow/buy/MAKE a manual deguassing coil .
such as : http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/72-785&CAWELAID=240983086 (http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/72-785&CAWELAID=240983086) ( yes, its ok for larger tubes )
the field produced by the internal coil usually isn't strong enough to correct an orientation shift.

OK i got a degaussing coil it did some clearing up but their is still some discolor at the bottom of the screen I did it several times with the same effect am I missing something?
-
u may need to open the back to get at the monitor frame.
several passes may be needed .
residual magnetism can be a factor when the field is stong enough.
years ago , i had a TV that i thought would never deguass. was just about to resort to adding magnets.
decided to hit every square centimeter i could reach. that did it .
problem was caused by a near direct hit of lightning . gotta love the EMP :-\

Sometimes you need to deguass a couple of times.
remember that you start making small circles close to the screen and as you move away from the screen, make larger circles.

OK Its fixed what I did was I had an old magnet from a speaker I placed it at the lower corner of the monitor where the colors were off left it their for a day or so then removed it and used the degaussing coil again that did it looks awesome Thanks to everyone who tyred to help me out

I'm glad to hear it worked out Ok.
Be careful when using a permanent magnet for degaussing. I've never tried it but I hear it is easy to cause permanent problems.
I use a bulk tape eraser and it works great.
