From what I remember ...
- I played it on a C=64...might of been other ports
- joystick controlled
- you move this guy around and when you press the joystick button, you whistle. when you whistle your senile granddad(???) runs to your location.
- I remember one level was a wooden ship. you could climb of the mass...and might of been some birds flying around???
- there were multiple levels..different senerios
this game had to come out around 84'ish. I ***think*** the game title has "whistle" or "brothers" in it..
can anyone help me out?

That game made me nuts because you were pretty much only vaguely in control of the dude. My buddy loved it and was great at it though. We played a lot of that and Spelunker.

Holy cow, a C64 game I never even heard of?! Inconceivable!
-
we need to have a c64 "name that game" challenge here.

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means." :)

OK, just for fun: I got a c64 game that I want to see if anyone can name:
It is an educational game, I guess. You are this guy out in the woods with a dog, and there are a bunch of numbers and math symbols hanging from the trees. You whistle to get your dog to come on over, and then he always knocks you on the ground. You in turn need to stomp on your dog's back over and over again to get high enough in the air to pick the numbers from the trees.
There is also a cave filled with monsters with numbers on them. If you have built an equation that matches the number on the monster, you can shoot the monster and he turns into steam. Then you need to run out of the cave where there is a giant vacuum machine. Every time you vacuum a monster steam up, you get to do a happy dance. The more monsters you catch, the more elaborate your happy dance.

Since there seems to be a few C64 experts in here..... maybe you can help me with this one.
1-8 players I think.
Aim of the game was to build a raft and float away down a river before a flood came.
Each turn you pressed a letter which corresponded to an action, eg chop wood, pick berries, go fishing, build fire, build raft etc.
Picking berries too often made you sick.
Can't remember much else. Anyone?

I believe your talking about Raft-Away River
I will give you guys an easy one (and one of my favs)
2 player you are in space suits and kill monsters and has invisible monsters too and the player colours are yellow and blue
Should be simple enough ;D

Nope! Thanks for the good ol' college try though! The game probably a bit obscure, so I attached some screenshots. Maybe it will jog a memory or two.
