Ok, since I was BRUTALLY (j/k) shot down on my last poll/survey thingy, I wanted to create one that (hopefully) hasn't been done before.... Who has the most unique pet? I mean totally out the ordinary. No standard pets but exotic stuff. Anybody? Anybody? I'll go first-- I have a Bengal cat. She is semi-domestic, and is 1/3 Asian Leopard (F3). She's gorgeous. Anybody else? Come on, this is thrilling stuff....
-
I used to have 4 Guinea Pigs, 3 rabbits a chihuahua and a small reticulated python.
I now have a large reticulated python.
-
The word unique means "one of a kind", so you cannot have a "MOST UNIQUE" anything. ;D
-
Helios, not that I mind your polls at all, but considering you only have 17 posts to your name perhaps you should consider using the board first.
We like to talk and have fun and all of that but this is an information based board, it ain't no tea party. :)

He he a good old Howard_Casto spanking, good show.
-
Remeber the times when you were walking with your Dad and when you'd say something stupid "!!!WHACK!!!" right in the back of the head? Nothing that would knock you out, but sure as heck got your attention.....
That's Howard....!
Thanks Dad...(ouch!...) ;D

Well, his post count may be low, but he's posting to the correct forum - Everything Else. Sin would be posting in For Sale, or - $DEITY forbid - Main Forum.
And I've got a toad. His name? Toad. My three year old named him.
-
I've got a pet Arcade cabinet. You have to feed it quarters, but it lets you play with it's joysticks :)
Okay, that was wrong. I apologize.

I've got a fuzzy lump. It's pretty boring until it cries for food. It's just a cat but it's the coolest cat on the planet. We're talking about the kind of cat you would see on a calendar or something...

I kinda like these off beat questions. They seem to be popular and most of them get tons of replies so I'm not the only one. They give your brain a little break from the typical arcade controls related questions. Especially since alot of the typical questions have been so repetitive and beaten to death. Don't get me wrong though after all game building is the main reason I frequent this board. By the way I have a baby raccoon. My second one to be exact. A very fun pet. She follows me around like a dog. Climbs all over my shoulders and sticks her nose in my ear. My wife's friend is a vet so she has all her shots. The only problem with having them for a pet is that you have to release them to the wild after a year or so because they start to get nasty no matter how hard you try to tame them. Kinda rough emotionally cause like any pet you get attatched to them. :( I live near "The Great Swamp" in New Jersey so thats where I release them when its time. Couldn't ask for a better pet when they're young though. Ok time for some more arcade talk ! ;D

I have kids, does that count....? ;D

Ok, not me but...
I know a guy who used to work in a pet store, and he took home the all the bizzare mangled animals he could find. He had the ugliest koi, one with one eye half an inch lower on its head than the other eye, and another one that looked like it had a big cleft in its head. He also had a hamster with a huge tumor on its side, the tumor was at least as big as the rest of the hamster, the thing could barely move around the cage. All those things died after a while. He does still have a pet caimen (about 4 1/2 feet long now) which I've never seen anyone else have as a pet. I wouldn't want one, hes had to go get stiches on several occasions when it's bitten him, but he did take to get a photo with Santa last year (Santa was scared though and was standing behind him, while he held it).

You guys have NO idea how hard life is when you're bored out of your skull! You start coming up with all sorts of wierd questions to bug people with. I don't know.... Maybe I should limit my posts to obscure questions about Dragon King running on my 486..... (in the Artwork forum, of course) ;)

I've had an Iguana named Tarn. About 4 1/2 feet long and acted a lot liek a cat..

In Thousand Oaks!? You didn't live in the old Jungleland did you? :o
Wow! Someone remembers Jungle Land? That is now a park and the Civics Art Plaza (ugliest building in T.O.!)
We lived in hunnington Beach when he had the hawks/eagles/owl. Back then we used to come to T.O. to let them hunt. after he stopped keeping birds we moved to Thousand Oaks. Go figure, huh?

It ain't illegal, immoral, or against any other rules..you aint Saint, and last I saw nobody listened to the UFF (and/or you ain't in it anyways..), so you don't get to tell people what they can or can't post here.. *being as they are members*

We have a sugarglider.
ooh, funny and cruel story that animal activists might not wanna hear:
when i was in high school, our teacher brought one in to help explin some formula based on weight and gliding, i dunno what it really was tho... so he brings in a sugar glider, and drops it from 12 ft, it glides down... then he gets a pin, ---punks--- one of the wings, so you see a tiny hole, and does it again. :o needless to say, the glider died, and we all learned a lil about science and a lot about life :-\

I have a dog...

I used to have a couple of scorpions and a black widow in a jar for a couple of weeks. (many years ago) However the black widow killed the scorpions, and I wasn't able to keep the spider alive for long. Does that count?
