Title: articles or books that talk about how kids learn to use computers or video games

Does anyone know of any books or games that examine the complexity that it takes to learn to play games, what is learned, how it's learned, the benefits of learning to use computer software/games (i.e. some argue this builds abilities that make it easier for you to enter into careers related to technology).
