Title: Ardac C-8000 changer...anyone have one?
Post by: Q*Bert_OP on October 12, 2010, 07:06:10 pm
Anyone have an Ardac C-8000 series changer? I'd like to see some pictures of the bill slide decal and the printing on the front door. Most of the slide decal is missing on mine.

Also, what length of lock core is used on the T-handle lock?

Many of the manuals are here:

The C series was made in several versions. Early ones had a split (double) door. Later ones had a single door, but depending on when it was manufactured, the T-handle lock may be located in different places on the door. Some had the lock in the center of the door and others had the lock at the top of the door.

If yours still is using the "tray style" bill acceptor, the plastic tray insert had the image of a dollar bill silkscreened in white directly onto the back of that insert. It was never a decal.
