Anyone use Dolphin?  What are the specs on the PC you were using?

I played around with it a while back.  If I remember correctly there were a lot of games that didn't work, but those that did work ran smooth and looked great on my computer.
Athlon 64 X2 6000, 4GB RAM, Radeon HD4850 videocard, running 64 bit Windows 7.
