Title: MiniIpac

What the main difference between the three MiniIpacs, from what I can see there is 1 - Board only, 2 - Board and Harness, 3 - Board, Harness, and USB Cable.

If I am right then the one with the USB Cable is 23 bucks more the the one with the harness and board...  I have USB Cables, but want to make sure that this is right because it doesnt make any since.

No the USB cable is not the only difference on the most expensive minipac.   It also has the wiring for trackball and spinner.

Oh okay, so if I dont intend on puting on a trackball or spinner than the midgrade package is the one i want, right?  for two joysticks, and 14 buttons, normal cp
