Title: How to adjust main mameUI screen (no file,view,options,help)

Hi guys, ive somehow managed to get mameUI to start fullscreen (which i wanted) but it was sometime ago and ive forgotten how to get it back,

basicly i double click the mameUI icon and it opens fullscreen and is missing the file, options, view, help tabs, here is a picture.....

anyone know how to get it back? to the original window style?
